Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • If the doctor is unable to attend the scheduled appointment due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances
  • If the medical center is closed unexpectedly on your appointment date
  • Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

  • Duplicate payment charged due to system error
  • Payment deducted but appointment not confirmed
  • Refund will be initiated immediately upon verification

  • Cancellation made 24 hours or more before appointment: 100% refund
  • Cancellation made 12-24 hours before appointment: 50% refund
